Ethics - From One Generation to Another

Session#: 934-23

How does an 18-year-old view ethics as opposed to a 60-year-old? In this session, we break down each generation to see what makes them "tick" and discuss the best ways to handle differing personalities in the workplace so conflicts can be avoided. Sometimes all it boils down to is education and communication. We show you how to institute that training. Although Circular 230 is definite and precise in its requirements, we look at how it may be interpreted, or misinterpreted, based on generational viewpoints. This is definitely not your average ethics discussion!
